I will post a pic when I get it done. Basically drill a small hole in the cap. Insert the probe in to the vile through the hole in the cap. JB weld or epoxy the hole closed to keep it from leaking. Fill the vile with glycol or glycerin so the probe is submerged. The liquid in the vile will be much more temperature stable and should be the same temp as the beer in the kegs. This way the thermostat is not reading the air temp and won't cycle as often.

I have a digital controller as well, got it from Dutch. The probe looks like this. I can't tell by your pics, is it the same? Or can u tell me if it can be used in a glycol setup like yours?Image
Also where can I get glycol?

I just used antifreeze.

All the wiring ran and the temp probe in place.

Do you think it will work with the temp controller probe that I have? (See pic)

If you disconnect the probe from your controller and bring it over I can hook you up.

Why not use silicone caulk for the thermal time constant?
