John, my vacation was more distracting then I anticipated, so I just place the order. Anyway, they are out of Simpson Munich. Is there a substitute you would like? Simpson is about 8L. Crisp Lt Munich is around a 5L, Weyermann Type 1 is 6L and Type 2 is about 9L, Gambrinus Lt is 10L, and Castle is 6L.

I went ahead and ordered the Crisp Lt Munich for you since its also an English malt. If you decide you don't want it, no worries. I can add it to my inventory.

Jeff,

Is it best to wait until Thursday for pickup or will you be around another day this week?

I'll probably be in tonight for an hour or so doing cleaning. Otherwise, Thursday evening would be the next best time.
