Tap & Cork-Saturday, November 12, 2016 6-9pm

Post by john mills » Thu Oct 27, 2016 5:08 pm

Here is the specifics of Tap& Cork:
Date: November 12, 2016
Time: 6:00pm-9:00pm
Address: 918 W. Mill Rd Evansville, IN (basically corner of Mill Rd & 1st Ave)

Beer and servers are needed, but not as many servers are needed as in the past. I'm only asking for servers to help serve for OVHA and Basket Case from Jasper. I'm figuring if we could split the shifts in half the event each, and 2 servers for OVHA and 1 for Basket Case that will be sufficient. Of course a couple of alternates will be welcomed and utilized if needed for breaks and unforeseen absences. Preference will be given to those donating beer and serving, but not strictly enforced.
Beer can be dropped off at Carson's for cellaring ahead of time if needed.
Dutch will go to Turoni's to pick up equipment. He would like some help too, so please post if you can help there.

Please copy and include your names below:

I also have a conflict with this Saturday. Wandering Owl tapped out my Pumpkin keg and I don't have enough bottles of anything else to make a worthwhile donation.

We will be out of town but Greg will swing by our house and grab 3 kegs: Oktoberfest, Dry Cider and 1/2 keg of 2015 OVHA Sweetened Stout (used whipped cream vodka, nothing else)

Oh, and I've got a picnic tap on the sour stout. I recommend just using that. We probably don't want that going through the plate chiller and jockey box tubing.
