I'll be out of town Friday through Sunday, so if anyone needs their Munich before then, let me know ASAP and I'll make arrangements for Thursday.

I will be helping out at the SWIRCA event this Saturday. If you'd like your share of the Munich at that time, please let me know. Otherwise, I'll bring it to the next OVHA meeting.

Jack,
do you happen to have any technical data on the SMM level of the pilsner vs. the standard american 2-row you get? Thanks for any help.

I found this online, you can look up some of the malts that we get:

Look at the bottom for the different brand names. Lots of great information if you learn how to read it.

Thanks, I enjoyed quite a bit of that read and that's going to be a good reference page. I saw that they define DMS-precursor rather than SMM but I couldn't find it in the data so I wrote them. They've been good about answering questions before so I'm sure they'll take care of me. Thanks much for the link again!
