Inline flow restrictors.
From what I read, slide one if these in your dip tube or in your beverage line to slow the flow and prevent foaming. They say very useful for rootbeer.

I bought the 1/4" ones. Have not made root beer lately so have not tried it yet.

These apparently originally came from epoxy mixing nozzels (google it). Someone got the idea to use them for rootbeer kegging! I suppose they could be used for other high carbed beverages as well.
