Somehow I screwed up and I am short on 40L Caramel (Crystal) for my brew on Monday. I was thinking the co-op was open till noon on Sunday, but I think I remember they are closed on Sundays...not sure about Monday, probably closed for Memorial Day, so if anyone has any let me know.
