Acidulated Malt

Post by Michael Erwin » Sun Jun 12, 2011 7:54 pm

Does anyone have a 1/2-pound of acidulated malt they could part with? I'd like to experiment with a brew tomorrow/Monday night.

PM me.

Acidulated Malt

Read about it but never have tried it. From what I understand it is suppose to lower the mash, wort, and beers pH. Also to extend shelf life of beers. Let me know how it works.
Oh and sorry I don't have any.
