Congratulations, again, to John Mills and Jason Carson! Pagan Pale was reviewed in the May/June 2014 Draft Magazine receiving a score of 86 (Very Good).

That's some read. It's interesting to consider the study of yeast opened the door to the field of microbiology. Brother Theodore of Chimay spent years finding the perfect yeast from the natural environment around them. Today, you can just contact a lab. Soon all you will need is money and breweries can have there own propriotary genetically created yeast.

I do, but not sure what is supposed to be public. Here is the basics: Tap room is in Owensboro and will open soon as article says. Brewery is still in planning.
