Pear Meade.
After six months in primary, took off the original 12-15# of pears and will set it back for a long winters nap! In dead of this coming winter will rack.

10 lbs 8.0 oz Rahr Pale Malt
2 lbs 4.0 oz Vienna Malt
8.0 oz Caramel Malt - 20L
2.4 oz Carapils 6-Row


Saccharification Add 21.10 q 150.0 F 60 min
Mash Out with RIMS heat to 168.0 F

There's a disturbance in the Force...
I have no Old Ale or Stock Ale in the kegerator or even any fermenting.
(Not sure how this happened)

Tough times don't last, but tough people do...
The day I get back from Alaska there will be Old Ale brewing...
