It's out of my fermenter but I have my Lime ale called Li-me Winks.

My only change was the Galaxy hops as I used Wakatu Hops instead. The recipe called for Galaxy at 10 and 5 only, I changed my hop schedule up to 15, 10, and 5.

Recipe: Lime Pale Ale

Style: American Pale Ale

TYPE: All Grain

Taste: (30.0)

Recipe Specifications

Boil Size: 7.78 gal

Post Boil Volume: 5.72 gal

Batch Size (fermenter): 5.50 gal

Bottling Volume: 5.50 gal

Estimated OG: 1.046 SG

Estimated Color: 4.0 SRM

Estimated IBU: 31.8 IBUs

Brewhouse Efficiency: 69.00 %

Boil Time: 60 Minutes

Ingredients:

8 lbs 8.0 oz Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 1 85.0 %
12.0 oz White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) Grain 2 7.5 %
6.0 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 3 3.8 %
6.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) Grain 4 3.8 %
------------------------------------------ ORG recipe calls for Galaxy 1 oz at 10 and 5 only.
1.5 oz Wakatu - Boil 15 min Hop
1.5 oz Wakatu - Boil 10.0 min Hop
1.0 oz Wakatu - Boil 5 min Hop
------------------------------------------
0.30 oz Lime Zest (Boil 5.0 mins) Other 7 - (I used around 4 oz of lime zest and a 1 oz packet of lime peel instead of the piddly .30 oz).
1.0 pkg Dry English Ale (White Labs #WLP007) [35 Yeast 8 - (I used safale us-05 instead since I didn't have the White Labs on hand).

Mash Schedule: Single Infusion, Light Body, Batch Sparge | Total Grain Weight: 10 lbs

Name Description Step Temperature Step Time

Mash In Add 12.50 qt of water at 163.7 F 152.0 F 75 min

Sparge: Batch sparge with 2 steps (1.97gal, 3.89gal) of 168.0 F water

What is in parenthesis was my additions or changes, also note the Hop schedule change. Other than that this recipe is pretty solid. I tried my beer the other day and I should have it at the next meeting. It sure is limey.
