I'm looking forward to seeing everyone out this Saturday! We have everything in line to brew that morning, and 12 brewers!
There's a chance of very early morning snow (who'd have thought it) so everyone dress warm.

3 oz EKG Hops @ 60'
Mash at 152°F

Thanks to everyone who braved the cold weather on Saturday, and to everyone else who lent a hand that day or leading up to the event!
Brew day went smoothly and we now have 57 gallons of Wee Heavy in our fermenter. OG 1091

how is the fermentation going?

We're at 1022, which is where we should be! We did not detect off flavors in the sample. Barrel is next, should we rinse the barrel with a handle of bourbon first? Curious on everyone's input.
