Is the yeast for the Club Saison kit liquid or dry? If it's liquid could I pick it up this week so I can build up a starter?

Taylor, I got all dry yeast for convenience sake. The Belle Saison is now my preferred Saison yeast anyhow!

I plan to be there by 8 am to get set up, if anyone would like to get started early.

John - if you forget anything just give me a holler. I'll just be over the hill.

Grain is crushed and yeast starter is on it's second step up. I'm ready! Are the club canopies going to be there?

I probably won't bring them due to lack of room and time, but if anyone is up to it then that would be great.

Also, for all practical purposes the event will start at 8 now. So feel free to come anytime. Steve is going to change the sign, and I am going to post on Facebook today.

John, will you be bringing your Sky Grain??

I'll be brewing, just not sure what. I just got an order from Great Fermentations so I have several options now.

I have to look for two missing tap handles at Turoni's so I can pick up the pop-ups later today.
