Dutch wrote:Confirming signup sheets will be circulated during meeting tonight. They (the sheets) will also cover setup and teardown. Additionally, we will be soliciting servers for other venders at the Brewbeque in one-hour shifts. We will also have another club meeting before this event.
Put Alli and I down for setup, beer, serve, and teardown. We're both under the weather and will miss the meeting tonight.

I signed up for everything with 2 beers donated (American Wheat, English Mild) on the sign up sheet. Could someone post the Volunteers and donors from the sign up sheet??

Here is the sign up sheet in a Google Sheet! We still need volunteers for the Brewbeque vendors and beer donations! Feel free to update the Google Sheet accordingly!

Jordan, that's a pretty slick spreadsheet. I've not done that Google Excel before. Had to download Google Sheets. Seemed intuitive. Not sure all our club members are ready for this technology step, but I like it. Maybe we need to post the normal way also; just paste in Forum. What do others think?
BTW, I can't go but can donate a beer or Apple Pie cider if needed. I can get it to Nate.

I just downloaded Sheets, and added my beer to the list. Pretty cool!

Is someone bringing one of the club's kegs of 2016 barrel aged stout or are we waiting until Zoo Brew? If we are pouring it I will bring a keg of the nonbarrel.

We will take one of the OVHA 2016 Barrel Stout kegs to Nate. I can't make it and Amelia won't be there at the start.

I can help serve 2-4 if needed. When is setup? I'll need to drop off a keg.

That's some early drinking but will work out perfect. I need to be at the museum at 10:30.
