The event time is 6pm to 10pm.

Amelia, I don't think I signed up at the meeting, but I would like to help set up, serve, and tear down. Will also bring a keg or some Belgian bottles.

I should be able to bring 4 kegs. Maybe more. Mine didn't get tapped at SWIRCA so am running high on inventory now.

See current Brew Ha Ha details below ....

Servers
Cesar Gonzalez
Will Schmidt – Early shift (6-7)
Kelly Gifford – Early shift (6-7)
Adam Hirsch
Dan Mills
Josh Wuertz
Adam Quiroz
Fred Schmalz
*The plan is to have 2 servers at a time. Since the event is 4 hours, that means 8 servers. That means we have our tent covered but there are no additional volunteers (at this time) for what the museum needs. I'm still trying to get a count from them of what they need.

SetUp/TearDown
Dwayne Delaney
Dan Mills
Josh Wuertz
Adam Quiroz
Fred Schmalz
*Not sure if this is sufficient for this event. Dwayne, can you wrangle this one?

Beers 7 kegs plus bottles

Cesar 4
Dwyane 1-2
Josh Wuertz 1 + bottles (2)
Adam Quiroz bottles
Fred Schmalz 1
*Looking for around 10 beers so we just need a few more. This is a smaller event and historically we don't need as many beers.

Other Info
*The museum is offering non-volunteer OVHA members tickets to the event for $25. I'll have more details on that soon and will share it here.

Please add me and Jamie to the server list. I'll bring a keg (and can also bring the club sours if so desired).

Thank guys. I'll update the list.

I think we have enough beers. It would be nice to have a few more volunteers so we can keep the shifts to an hour.

Thanks!!

Anyone who is helping with set up, if you can, meet at Turoni's at 3:30 to load up. Then the crew will head to the museum to meet there at 4pm. Dwayne is leading set up.

I'll post a serving schedule this week. Anyone else want to serve?? Or anyone want to serve 2 hours??
