I got a Rebel Brewer gift card, and some nice Belgian glassware!

New Anvil burner.

I brewed with it Thursday and love it so far.
I was kind of bummed when the snazzy orange paint on the wind guard started to scorch and burn though......

Just got this email today. I hadn't contacted them yet, so I am impressed with their proactive approach to customer service.

Dear Dwayne,
Our records indicate that you have purchased an ANVIL Brewing Equipment Burner. While we didn't announce the wrong winner of Miss Universe in front of 4.7 million viewers, it has come to our attention the orange coating on the ANVIL Burner ring does not perform as it should in high heat. All burners are still safe and able to function, but they do not meet our quality expectations. At this time we are working diligently to take care of this matter and will be replacing your burner ring completely free of charge. We ask for your help to ensure that we can get you taken care of as quickly as possible. Please reply back to this e-mail with the address which you would like the replacement to be shipped as soon as it is available.

We sincerely apologize and thank you in advance for your patience. We pride ourselves in quality and are taking this matter very seriously.
