Anybody familiar with any of this company's yeast offerings?
I see that they are available at Great Fermentations.

Looks interesting, need to try a can and see how it works. I know MoreBeer carries it at @$10 a can, with 200 Billion cells, enough for a 1.060, 5 gallon beer, without a starter. I think they give it a 3 month shelf life.
