Wandering Owl: October 18, 3-6 p.m.

Spend a beautiful fall afternoon at Wesselman Woods tasting beer, wine and food from area breweries, wineries, distributor's and restaurants.

Live entertainment throughout the evening will be provided by local bluegrass band, Salt the Earth.

Guests must be 21 and present ID at the gate. Tickets are $45.00 per person. For more information please call (812)479-0771 ext. 107

Only members who donate beer AND either setup/tear down or serve a hour shift will get in for free. Limited to 8 total people.
Load up is at 1:30 pm at Turonis on Main St.

Please list what beer you can donate and what shift you want to serve. You will be free to wander the other two hours.

2. Jeff Smith, Dark Mild or Pale Ale, depending on variety needed

4-5 pm
1. Dwayne D, half-keg of Peppercorn Imperial Wit, half-keg of Kentucky Common, half-keg of Wild Hop Blonde, keg of Root Beer
2. Jordan Fehr, 1 Keg of Belgain Dark Strong

5-6 pm
1. Abby Buttrum, 1 keg
2. Sky Buttrum, 1 keg

Can't serve but will bring beer and setup/tear down:
1. Peter Frederick, Robust Porter
2. Logan Ledbetter, Belgian Dark Strong

Other beer donations (ticket required if you plan on attending):

Sky Buttrum to volunteer 2 kegs, and serve the late spot (since I dont get off work till 3) and also tear down

Abby Buttrum will volunteer to set up, tear down, and serve

Ok, after the signup sheet went around last night at the meeting I believe we are full on free admissions but I'll still accept beer donations! I'll update the list soon.

I finally updated the list. I'm not sure if anyone is bringing a trailer so I'll bring my truck. It's not as easy to load the cart but it's been done many times before.
