Zoo Brew tickets are now for sale! We encourage everyone to purchase tickets asap if you are not volunteering and want to go. These sell out quick! Be sure and tell your friends and family if they want to go! Every year it sells out and people are left searching for tickets!

OK, Here are the plans for Zoo Brew!

If signed up to help set up:
Meet at 3:30-4pm Saturday at Turonis on Main Street. We will need around 10 people or so at Turonis to load everything like the tap cart, jockey boxes, pop up tent and so forth. Plan for around 30-45 minutes of loading and get to the zoo around 4-4:30pm. If you can't make it to Turonis then meet at the Zoo. We will be right past the main entrance on the left by the bathrooms.

Bring trucks, tie-downs, and handcarts for miscellaneous loading

The majority of help needed is for once we get to the Zoo setting everything up, getting the boards ready, running the lights, bringing the kegs in, getting them iced down and getting the draft flowing smoothly.

Be sure to wear your orange club shirts if you have them.

If you are bringing beer be sure to label it so we know what it is!

Be sure to bring your servers license if you are serving!

And remember, We will all be representatives of the OVHA at this event. We are all ambassadors for our club, so please be on your best behavior and remember to have fun!
