Barrel Beer Project: Saturday, March 15, 2014

Post by BREWsmith » Thu Jan 30, 2014 8:53 am

Would you be interested in participating in another barrel beer group brew? If so, we would need to schedule a date in February or early March so the beer can be ready for festival season. The likely location would be Carson's Brewery. All ingredients will be provided. If you are interested, please indicate how much beer you could brew.

Thanks
Jeff Smith

We have 60 gallons if everyone who has commented can commit. How many more brewers do we need? I can back down to 5 if we want to add more folks.

We need to lock in a date and get firm commitments.

The more brewers the better. We need a few more so we can also offer the same beer that wasn't barrel aged in order to demonstrate the difference. The fermenter can easily hold 80 gal.
