We got in too. We will be driving alone to drop our kids off on the way.

What's the deal with hotel rooms?

Everyone that registered got in and additional slots are still available. As for the hotel, the AHA has locked up every one around downtown. Apparently you will get an e-mail shortly after you've paid giving you a chance to get one of the blocked room.

Let's get together in the next month or so to coordinate.

Sounds good. I assume we want to try and stay in the same hotel? We will have some room to haul stuff, if needed.

Anyone else out there in OVHA world confirmed to attend besides Amelia, Cesar, Chris and me? Don?

Five attendees, up from one last year. Not bad at all. For those who may still be interested, registration will re-open March 12.

Here's a link to photos of last years conference just to get your juices flowing.

John Mullins said he was interested but I'm not sure how often he visits the message board.

Hotel info is supposed to open up this weekend but I'll be out backpacking. Hope I don't miss out.

Yeah, I got cold feet before the main registration. After seeing Jeff's pictures, I'm considering it.

Yes, I think I am. I'm not sure. We have a PM thread going to try and coordinate but I don't think all the messages are coming through.

John, did you register for the conference? If so and you decide to go, you'll need to make reservations ASAP. You'll be hard-pressed to find a room downtown, but there should be an ample supply south or by the airport. Also, you might try the downtown Courtyard. It wasn't included in the AHA e-mail hotel notification, but I know they had some available on Friday.
