Bought a 4 pack of Spencer Trappist ale while in Colorado. I drank 2 so far and they were both gushers. Disappointing, but it had a decent flavor once it warmed up and the carbonation subsided a little.

Found a 4 pack of this in Nashville! It's Founders' first release from the new "Barrel Aged Series". Bottled on 1/10/2017.

One for the cellar, one for the near future. Thanks Louisville!

Having one of my last few treasured bottles of the 2014 club barreled FES. After cellaring for a couple years now (@ 52 F), it has really taken on a prominent vanilla character! Absolutely delicious. If this beer were marketed like KBS, or the likes I truly believe it would live up to the hype.
